GHR sit ups with 15lbs (behind the neck) 12 reps 4 sets
super set with GHR bw 12reps 4 sets
**I was supposed to do this on my deadlifting day but the gym I was at did not have a GHR

**got olympic weight lifting shoes from Paul for xmas, used them squatting today and they really helped. I felt like it was much easier to go lower when squatting, thanks Paul xoxo
