db lateral raises 15lbs 10 reps 3 sets (super set with bent over rear raise)
**i finally had a good pressing day, my overhead press has been suffering for a while so this was nice to have a good day

**the best pressing i have done in the past was 95x12 so this is very close to my previous PR, I was really happy with this 92.2x12 because I keep all the reps 100% clean.
