box jumps with 10lbs in each hand 3 reps 6 sets
(box height is approx 8inches lower than my previous height)
squat 75% 85% 95% based on a 250lbs max

RDL 155lbs 10 reps 3 sets
GHR sit ups bw 15reps 3 sets
