Squat deload based off of a 250lbs max

box jumps bw 3 reps 6 sets
*my arms are still sore from cleans so I substituted box jumps for pwr cleans

squat 115x5 135x5 150x5 160x5 175x5

RDL 135lbs 10reps 3sets

GHR sit ups bw 15reps 3sets
