**working on my clean and press technique so I keep the weight light
giant DB 45 lbs
5 reps each arm, 3 reps each arm, 3 reps each arm
farmers
(30' there and back for a total of 60' no turn)
120lbs, 159lbs, 170lbs, 180lbs
atlas stones
170x3 250x2 (new PR) 220x4 220x2 (my sleeves ripped on the last set so i had no tacky or sleeve to do the last 2 reps, i wanted 4 on this last set)
