*105 set should have been x3 but I was pre-exhausted from the cross fit workout the day before so I tried to do 100x3 but failed and only did 2.
pull ups 5 sets x 6reps super set with military press
db bench 50lbs 10reps 5 sets
band pull aparts super set with db bench 20reps 5 sets
db bent over rear raise 15lbs 10 reps 3 sets
db side raises super set with db bent over rear raise 15lbs 10 reps 3 sets
